This Privacy Policy explains how Arribatt ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you install and use our Atlassian Marketplace applications.
Our architecture is fundamentally designed to minimize our data footprint. Our applications are built on the Atlassian Forge platform. This means the application code runs entirely within Atlassian's secure cloud infrastructure. We are committed to minimizing our data footprint and adhering to the principle of least privilege.
1. What Data We Collect and For What Purposes
Because our applications are built on Atlassian Forge without any integration with external systems, we do not collect, extract, or store any customer data outside of your Atlassian instance.
All data processed by the application is handled strictly to provide the core functionality of the app. The specific scopes and permissions our application requires are detailed on the app's installation page and are limited to the minimum necessary for the app to function (e.g., reading workflow logic or managing security models).
We may collect basic administrative contact information (such as an email address and contact name) provided during the installation or support process. This information is collected from Atlassian Partner console (not from the app itself) and it is used exclusively for licensing, account management, and providing technical support.
2. How Data is Stored, Used, and Shared
Storage: We do not host or store any of your Jira or Confluence data on our own servers. All application data, configurations, and logs remain securely within the Atlassian Forge environment, benefiting from Atlassian's native encryption and data residency controls.
Use: Any data accessed by the application is used dynamically in real-time to execute the requested features within your Atlassian environment.
Sharing: We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third parties. We do not use third-party analytics or behavioral tracking tools within our applications other than the Atlassian native custom metrics.
3. Third Parties and Subprocessors
Our applications are 100% reliant on Atlassian's infrastructure. We do not use any third-party tools, external databases, or subprocessors to process, store, or transmit your Atlassian data.
4. Data Retention and Deletion Practices
When you uninstall our application from your Atlassian instance, all app-specific configurations and data are managed according to Atlassian's standard app uninstallation and data retention lifecycle.
Because we do not store any of your Atlassian data externally, there is no secondary data deletion required on our end when you uninstall the app. Any administrative contact information we hold for support purposes will be deleted upon request.
5. Data Residency and Realm Migration
Because our applications utilize persistent Forge-hosted storage, we fully support Atlassian Data Residency. Our Forge Apps are 100% compliant with data migration.
If your organization chooses to move its Atlassian product data to a specific geographic region or realm (such as Frankfurt, Sydney, or the US), our application data will automatically move alongside it. Forge manages the hosting, pinning, and migration of this hosted data automatically, requiring no additional steps or configurations from you. Our apps will be migrated as a seamless part of your core Atlassian product migration.
6. Policy Amendments
We may update this privacy policy from time to time by posting a new version on our marketplace listings. Users can request to be notified of an update by emailing us.
